Abstract The Objective of this experiment was to determine which metal could resist hydrochloric acid the longest. This would help to choose the proper metal for weather conditions. If the pH value of water is under seven, it is an acid. There would be a need for a metal that is a considerably a good acid repellent. This would help find the right metal to use.
