| Abstract | This project explores how social media affects today’s youth. Using student surveys and existing research, we studied its impact on behavior, emotions, academic focus, and social interactions. Our findings show that social media can be positive when used mindfully, but excessive use may negatively affect mental health and daily responsibilities, highlighting the importance of balance and healthy online habits. |
