| Abstract | Our project is on Lactose Intolerance. Lactose is made up of two sugars; glucose and galactose. We will be testing the glucose levels in 7 types of milks- 1%, 2%, 3.25%, Cream, Soy, Chocolate and Lactose-free -using urinalysis test trips for glucose. We will try to determine if the test trips are an accurate prediction of the lactose levels. |
