| Abstract | The purpose of this experiment is to simulate the type of hits that result in head and/or neck injuries, as well as investigating the role that helmets play. The project is designed to help me understand the potential for injury from blows to the head and therefore provide insight to help make hockey safer. The experiment will investigate linear and rotational acceleration and whiplash-like impacts. |
