Abstract The purpose of this experiment is to discover and prove ways that can make the sleep of ALL human kinds more effective and how temporally restricted feeding and aerobic exercise will shorten our sleep duration and increase the quality, while having been exposed to lights while sleeping will have the opposite effect.
