Abstract The purpose of this project was to develop a strategy to decrease caloric intake when drinking coffee. I wanted to see if participants would be willing to switch from adding cream in their coffee, to 2% milk, which has lower calorie content. I also wanted to see if there was a connection between people's BMI and their choice of cream or milk.
