Abstract How Can T-cells Successfully Disable Cancer Cells? The observation was conducted to investigate how T-cells could successfully disable cancer cells. CRISPR Cas9 is the genome editing tool for this observation. Genome editing or genome engineering is a type of genetic engineering in which DNA is inserted, deleted or replaced in the genome of a living organism using engineered nucleases, or 'molecular scissors.'
