| Abstract | The purpose of my project is to discover the potential side effects of bypassing PD-1 inhibitors during cancer treatment processes. Recently, James P. Allison and Tasuku Honjo made a breakthrough discovery in the area of cancer therapy by inhibition of negative immune regulation. However, this discovery is still relatively new, and so, I am interested as to what side effects may result in this treatment process. |
