Abstract This study aims to identify the optimal combination of Alzheimer's treatments in improving patient outcomes and overall treatment efficacy. Five treatment categories were analyzed: pharmacological therapy, psychological interventions, digital therapeutics, experimental treatments, and alternative treatments. Treatment combinations from these categories were evaluated using a structured criterion to decide their potential. The purpose is to propose a treatment with the highest therapeutic potential and provide guidelines for its application in a clinical setting.
