| Abstract | This project’s purpose is to build a device that enables targeted gut-lung axis immunotherapy for lung cancer. The engineered system is designed to detect kynurenine-associated immune suppression signals and trigger controlled production of anti–PD-L1 nanobody therapy within the gut microbiome. A built-in biosafety lysis mechanism is included to ensure biocontainment and prevent uncontrolled bacterial persistence. |
