| Abstract | Should HSC’s campus be a no-idle zone? The purpose of this study was to measure idling times of cars waiting in the Foxcroft Circle between the hours of 3:00 and 4:00 pm. I predict that HSC parents idle for longer than 3 minutes when waiting in the Foxcroft circle. If HSC parents idle for more than 3 minutes, then HSC should be a no idle zone because idling harms people and the environment. |
