Abstract Alzheimer's Disease is fatal, and has no known cure. Alzheimer's usually happens to the aged society , and affects millions of people a year. All of the current methods are very invasive, and they sometimes rely on chance to work. The propose of my project is to break the blood brain barrier temporarily, so an antibody can attack the protein plaque and untangle the tau protein.
