Abstract The purpose of this project is to increase the efficiency of solar power collection by testing out which colour of light is most effective in generating solar energy. This could lead to adjustments being added to solar power collection, such as adding coloured films near solar cells, and would ensure that the maximum amount of energy is collected from sunlight. This solar cell experiment holds immense significance for our understanding of renewable energy. By exploring how different colors of light affect voltage output, we gain valuable insights into photovoltaic principles, crucial for harnessing solar power sustainably. This experiment underscores the significant role of solar technology in paving the way for a greener and more sustainable future.
