| Abstract | The purpose of this project is to research and test different Cas nucleases to find, in combination with CRISPR, the most efficient tools for COVID-19 diagnosis and therapy. The present study will also approach the transport mechanism to deliver the CRISPR system when being used for therapeutic purposes. |
