Abstract The purpose of this experiment was to determine a replacement drink for current beverages such as coffee or Rockstar Energy Drink. Matcha Green Tea will be tested as a replacement for polyphenols and caffeine, which both improve cognitive functioning. Polyphenols also have antioxidant properties and many other health benefits which would allow for Matcha Green Tea to be an energizing and healthy drink.
