Abstract The purpose of the project is to determine a sustainable method of producing hydrogen as a clean and efficient fuel source. Hydrogen fuel does not release greenhouse emissions, but the majority of production processes do. Through this research and experiment, we intended to take steps in researching important factors in the large-scale generation of hydrogen fuel using purple phototrophic bacteria.
