Abstract High-altitude airborne wind energy (AWE) systems is a promising branch of energy production by utilizing tethered wings (Kites) to access stronger and more consistent winds at higher elevations. However, optimizing the aerodynamic behaviour of the kite and its flight trajectory in strong turbulent winds still prove to be a significant challenge. In this project, we will be integrating natural aerodynamic designs while using A.I. to detect wind changes to act accordingly, within turbulent winds.
