Abstract The purpose of this experiment was to discover what parts of the brain in those with sleep inertia are lower in efficiency than those without sleep inertia. The information gained from this experiment will benefit others by finding out which brain parts are in-efficient during sleep inertia. This can help people choose activities that exclude using that part of the brain after waking.
