Abstract Chemical reactions are happening all the time in our everyday lives though not many people know it. Whenever we cook, drive our cars, or even eat a chemical reaction takes place. Is it possible for these chemical reactions to act differently if they are in different circumstances? This experiment was conducted to see what effect pressure would have on two different chemical reactions, a mix of baking soda and vinegar and a mix of water and cornstarch (An oobleck/ non- Newtonian liquid).
