Abstract The purpose of this project is to investigate the relationship between vaccines and the genetics of viruses. This is done using term frequency–inverse document frequency on approved FDA vaccines package inserts and running this data through a recurrent neural network. This research could be developed to create a system to help with earlier creation of vaccines if new pandemics were to occur.
