Abstract The ambition behind this experimentation to decode the mysteries behind the non-newtonian substance, dubbed, oobleck, otherwise known as cornstarch suspension. In this particular operation, the motive is to find out how oobleck operates as it doesn't follow the same rules as a Newtonian fluid (ex: water). More specifically, what it is most similar to when a certain motion is applied to it or even put in a certain environment, matter wise. An example would be if this substance were to be hit, which state of matter the item would it most closely resemble in that situation. The main purpose of this experiment is to find out how oobleck’s particles behave when in process of the tests.
