Abstract The purpose of our project is to significantly reduce antibiotic resistance by improving the accuracy, speed, and precision of antibiotic selection and dosing. Instead of relying on empiric prescribing and estimated dosage, our project aims to provide healthcare professionals with real time, data backed guidance that identifies the specific bacteria causing an infection and determines the most effective target treatment.
