Abstract The purpose of my project was to develop a new system for determining if people have the common cold or influenza without using fever as the main symptom of measurement. My project created a functioning system which integrated infrared camera technology to measure features of the face to effectively determine if a person is sick. This new technology will revolutionize clinical assessments in doctor’s offices.
