Abstract This project aims to develop a compact and low-cost cellphone-based Fourier Ptychography (FP) microscope with a high spatial resolution, a large field-of-view (FOV) and a high temporal throughput suitable for cellular analysis. The developed FP microscope addresses the cost and size limitations of traditional tabletop microscopes and may find profound applications including live cell analysis, drug development, cancer research, and clinical diagnostics in resource-limited settings.
