| Abstract | The purpose of my project was to figure out what the best conductor of electricity was, out of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), table salt (sodium chloride), and lemon juice, by conducting a water electrolysis experiment. Figuring this out could help people conduct more successful water electrolysis experiments, giving my project purpose. |
