Abstract Studies suggest that more than 8 million Canadians are living with eye diseases that may lead to blindness with the total cost of vision loss expected to increase to $56 billion as of 2050. The goal of this project has been to develop a low cost, highly effective and accurate pair of glasses that leverages Liquid Time-Constant (LTC) Neural Networks to decipher a user’s environment.
