| Abstract | Purpose: To show people how molecules in an egg react to vinegar and how they change over time so the egg would have a rubbery texture. Also to teach why only vinegar works for eggs and not other substances. In our project, we will use 2 different substances to show how only the molecules in one substance will create the rubbery texture and how the other, wouldn't. |
