| Abstract | The intention of this innovation is to make sure that people are putting their plastic somewhere where it can be recycled, instead of the garbage which goes into landfills. Traditionally, there are no recycling options in very busy areas because there is no one to come and collect it so it gets thrown into the regular garbage instead. We have imagined a machine that takes a plastic bottle, crushes it and melts it into a pellet and then cools and stores it until it can be picked up and repurposed. |
