Abstract This project aims to fabricate a novel organic field-effect transistor (OFET) that incorporates a nanoporous polymer dielectric and a newly discovered semiconductor material. With the use of a solution shearing technique, this device is applicable for the gas sensing of environmental air pollutants or biomarkers of disease in human breath.
