| Abstract |
The purpose of this project is to utilize industrial food waste to produce biodegradable food packaging films that are comparable or even superior to traditional fossil fuel-based food packaging. This involves exploring various ingredients and fabrication methods in order to identify the most optimal film. Many different material property tests are conducted in order to make meaningful comparisons between different films. |
