Abstract The purpose of our experiment was to find the correlation between sleep positions and subjective dream quality in teenagers. We did so by creating a Google Form survey inquiring about sleep habits and sleep positions, collecting data from people aged 13-19, and identifying factors that could affect subjective dream quality in certain sleep positions.
