| Abstract | With all the yogurt brands that are deemed to be the best probiotic yogurt brands, it's hard to know which one is actually the most effective and beneficial. The purpose of this study is to find out which of these popular yogurt brands are actually the most beneficial in terms of the amount of CFU’s, variety of different types of species and the specific benefits that these yogurts provide according to the species of probiotics within it. |
