Abstract Amyloid-Beta1-42 (A-Beta1-42), a cytotoxic peptide that accumulates in, and defunctionalizes, a variety of major organs, has been presented as the cause of several diseases, such as congestive heart failure, Alzheimer’s, myeloma, and nephrotic syndrome. The purpose of this study is to develop a Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship model, that accurately predicts the efficiency of any phenyl-related molecule to inhibit the aggregation of A-Beta1-42 within the body.
