| Abstract | The purpose of my project is to create a device that can filter out microplastics and other debris in snow. I tested the device in 2 areas; my backyard and a neighborhood park. I built it with a few simple items that you can find in your kitchen. Microplastics are everywhere, remote islands; parks, beaches, and more! It is important that we speak up about this issue and take action. Our future, especially our oceans, are at risk. |
