Abstract This study aims to seek possible ways of increasing the CO2 absorption of plants and alga through the targets of genes regulating the structure and activities of RuBisCO using CRISPR - Cas 9 technology. If successful, there will potentially be a number of benefits on the aspects of moderating global warming and increasing crop yield.
