Abstract This experiment’s purpose is to investigate how much genes impact the ability of adolescents to learn a new skill. The results found could establish whether inherited genetic material contributes to the function of the cerebellum learning processes. Furthermore, knowledge of genetic contributions to educational practices may influence future student learning and empower education professionals to alter their practices.
