Abstract I searched up that red food colouring may be bad for you, because it is made out of Red Dye 40. I learned that this dye can lead to health risks, such as migraines, allergic reactions, aggression and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD). I wanted to bake cupcakes with some that had food colouring, and some that did not, and see if you needed food colouring. I wanted to see if it looked the same, tasted the same and is it the same texture.
