Abstract Recently, a natural flavonoid found in many fruits called fisetin has been a growing area of scientific research due to its numerous health benefits. Therefore, this experiment aimed to investigate how fisetin content varied between different forms of strawberries to find a cost-effective method for maximizing its consumption.
