Abstract The purpose of this project was to design a PD-1/TCR bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE), a molecular bridge connecting two immune targets, to identify antibody candidates capable of binding PD-1 on malignant T-cells and TCR on cytotoxic T-cells. By enabling cytotoxic T-cells to directly engage and attack tumor cells, this approach aims to improve immunotherapy precision for aggressive T-cell malignancies where treatment options remain limited.
