Abstract This project aims to address the wastewater generated by textile dyeing processes. This wastewater is resistant to biodegradation, harmful to aquatic ecosystems, and often highly alkaline or acidic. We will design and evaluate a pH-responsive membrane to reduce dye concentrations in simulated textile wastewater, and quantify how pH influences removal efficiency for potential industrial applications.
