| Abstract | Echo Pantry aims to reduce household food waste by eliminating “inventory blindness.” It uses RFID tags and a sensor to automatically track pantry items and update the system. The system monitors expiry dates, sends reminders to use or donate food, and gamifies responsible food management through a virtual pet system within the app. |
