Abstract The purpose of this project was to develop a minimal three-gene expression that detects early transcriptional changes under Osimertinib that persist into the drug-tolerant persistence (DTP) state in NSCLC cell lines, that can be turned into a score to help diagnose and detect drug-tolerance trajectory.
