| Abstract | In this investigation, a litmus test was used to determine the effectiveness of the antacid tablet (TUMS®) when dissolved in various acidic solvents such as white vinegar, ginger ale, and lemon juice. If the pH indicates a decrease in acidity, then it is proven that antacids are effective and can be applied to digestive problems. |
