Abstract The purpose of this experiment is compare the recorded times and comments of two different tests. The tests being when many subjects of different ages and genders read words where the first and last letters are the same but, the letters in the middle are mixed up. This is called Typoglycemia. The purpose of this experiment is to also see which reading type is more efficient, the normal English writing, or the writing where the exterior letter stay in the same place but, the letters in the middle are mixed up. The experiment will be conducted where subjects will read a short paragraph written with all the letters mixed up talking a little bit about Typoglycemia. Then the subjects will read the normal/translated version of the paragraph. While the subjects are reading, notes will be taken of how the subjects are reading, the pace they are reading, how old they are, if they are a female or male, and if they are having trouble or not, as well as being timed. Afterward the official times of each test will be compared with the comments.
