D10 : Pineapple perfection

Abstract The purpose of the project was to see if acidity of pineapple changes over time so it would not bother tongues. The goal was for the pineapple to reach the pH of 5 just like the Maui pineapple and from personal experience this caused no irritation of the mouth. The hypothesis was the pineapples in the fridge would stay the same and the pineapples on the counter would gradually reduce in acidity.
