| Abstract | The purpose of this experiment is to see how the colour of light affects how fast the plants grow. We are going to compare the plants under the clear, red, purple, and green lights, and see which plant, under what light, grew the fastest compared to the other ones. We have four greenhouses, each a different colour, and there are two plants in each greenhouse. We decided to do this as our science fair project because past studies say that coloured lights affect plants. We wanted to know more on how plants would react to certain lights and so conducted this experiment. |
