Abstract The purpose of my project is to design, build and test a proof of concept model of a device that is able to convert the energy produced from a vehicle being slowed down on a road into electricity for localized distributed electrical grid input by having the road capture the energy of slowing the vehicle down instead of dissipating it as heat through vehicle braking.
