| Abstract | The purpose of my experiment is to learn more about stomach acid and see the effects of it on foods we eat. I will make simulated stomach acid and test what it does to foods over time. For each food, I will use two samples, one whole and one chopped. This will simulate chewing and I will record those results as well. |
