Abstract The purpose of the experiment was to measure the efficacy of topical antibiotics such as polysporin against staphylococcus aureus by observing the zone of inhibition in relation to light, darkness, room temperature, and heat in different pH levels in order to combat rising levels of antimicrobial resistance.
