The Bay Area Science and Engineering Fair

Update on COVID-19

With the cancellation of external events at Mohawk College and the closure of Ontario’s publicly funded schools after March Break, BASEF is unable to hold the Science Fair in our traditional format.  BASEF acknowledges the time and effort students have put into their projects, however we support the decisions that have been made to protect the health and safety of students, volunteers and visitors.

Rather than our traditional format, students currently registered for BASEF are automatically registered for the Online Fair.  The final deadline for online submissions will be Monday, April 27, 2020, although the format of submissions is currently under review.
